Can I order your products outside the United States?

Yes. Please contact us at (888) 988-5922 to inquire on international shipping costs.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?

Yes, your order can be changed, updated or cancelled until it is shipped out. Shoot us an email or give us a call with your invoice number and the requested changes as soon as possible after placing the order.

I have a question about returns or credits, who should I call?

If you have a defective, damaged, or a product you are not satisfied with, please contact us so we can promptly resolve the issue(s). Our customer service department can answer any questions about returns or credits. Contact us via email at contact@theorganiqueco.com or call (888) 988-5922 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on all statutory holidays. We want you to be a happy, satisfied customer, and hope you order again and again.

Do you offer coupons or special discounts?

Yes. To get the most direct access to our special offers, please subscribe to our newsletter. We also offer discounts, giveaways and post specials on social media from time to time. Follow us on Pinterest, Instagram, or follow us on Snapchat to keep up with these offers.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders made prior to 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time are shipped that day. Orders made after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time are sent out the next business day, though we try to ship all orders the day they are made.

Are your products raw and GMO-free?

Excluding the gelatinized maca powder, all of our products are raw and temperature processed below 118°F. All of our products are 100% USDA Organic and GMO-free.

Are your products kosher certified?

Please refer to the back of the product on each of their respective pages to confirm its kosher certification. Our packaging facility is kosher certified, but not all products offered are kosher.

Is your packaging recyclable?

While we are committed to socially responsible business practices, our bags are not currently recyclable. Our products require an inner foil lining to protect them from light degradation. This foil causes the packaging to be not recyclable. As soon as a recyclable alternative becomes available, we intend to switch our packaging.
