Same Day Shipping
Orders placed prior to 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time are sent out that day. All orders made after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time are sent out on the next business day, though we try to ship all orders the day they are made. Your shipment should take around 3-7 business days to arrive.
FREE Shipping on all orders.
All of our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. In order to keep prices as low as possible, we currently don’t offer expedited or overnight shipping.
We currently only ship to customers inside the United States. To arrange an international shipment, please give us a call at (888) 988-5922 to discuss costs.

Returning an Order
We accept returns of unopened or unused products within 30 days. We require item(s) to be in original, untampered packaging, and in the condition it was received. Refunds will be submitted when the returned items are received, but will not include any costs of the return shipping.
Cancelling an Order
If cancelling an order prior to its shipment, you will receive a full refund. Cancelling an order that is enroute is simple, just refuse the delivery to send the package back our way at no additional cost. Once received, a full refund will be submitted minus the initial shipping fee.
Exchanging an Order
When making an exchange, item(s) are required to be in original, untampered packaging, and in the condition they were received. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include an order number to get further instruction. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products you wish to exchange back to us. When we receive it, we’ll send you the products you wish to exchange with no extra shipping costs.
For large and wholesale orders, there’s a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the order for returns. To inquire further on our restocking fee, make sure to contact us prior to returning your order.
You are responsible for any product(s) that is lost or misplaced in transit when sending in a return. For that reason, we advise you to adequately insure package(s). USPS, FedEx and UPS include a set level of insurance coverage, but depending on the size of your order, you may need to provide a higher level of coverage to fully protect the cost of your order.
